Welcome to Casa Manus.
We are delighted to welcome you to our historic home in Tenerife. Casa Manus is more than just a holiday house – it is a place to relax, work remotely and enjoy the unique atmosphere of the island.
To ensure that every guest enjoys their stay, we kindly ask you to observe the following House Rules.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in: from 3:00 PM
Check-out: until 11:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.
Occupancy
Only the registered guests included in the reservation may stay overnight.
Please inform us in advance if you expect visitors.
Respect for the Neighbourhood
Casa Manus is located in a residential neighbourhood.
Please respect our neighbours and avoid unnecessary noise.
Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
Smoking
Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the house.
If you smoke outside, please use an ashtray and dispose of cigarette ends responsibly.
Pets
Pets are only permitted with prior written approval.
Parties & Events
Casa Manus is intended for holidays, relaxation and remote working.
Parties, celebrations and events are not permitted.
Kitchen
Please leave the kitchen clean after use.
Wash dishes, wipe work surfaces and dispose of food waste appropriately.
Care of the Property
Please treat the house, furniture and equipment with care.
Do not move furniture between rooms or remove any items from the property.
If something is damaged or stops working, please let us know as soon as possible.
Waste & Recycling
Please use the waste containers provided and separate recyclable materials whenever possible.
Thank you for helping us protect Tenerife's environment.
Water & Electricity
Please use water and electricity responsibly.
Before leaving the house, switch off unnecessary lights and electrical appliances.
Internet
High-speed Wi-Fi is provided free of charge.
Please use the internet responsibly and only for lawful purposes.
Security
Whenever you leave the property, please ensure that all doors and windows are properly closed and locked.
Lost Keys
Lost keys or security devices may require replacement.
The associated costs may be charged to the guest.

House Rules – Apartment La Luna
Welcome
Welcome to Apartment La Luna.
We hope you enjoy your stay in our apartment and the beautiful surroundings of Tenerife.
As Apartment La Luna is located within a private residential community, we kindly ask all guests to respect both the apartment and the community regulations.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in: from 3:00 PM
Check-out: until 11:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request.
Occupancy
Only registered guests may stay overnight.
Please inform us in advance if you expect visitors.
Access & Security
Please keep all entrance gates and building doors closed at all times.
Do not allow unknown persons to enter the residential complex.
Community access keys must be returned upon departure.
Quiet Hours
To respect residents, please observe the community quiet hours:
- 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM (Siesta)
- 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Please avoid loud conversations, music or other unnecessary noise during these times.
Smoking
Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the apartment.
Pets
Pets are not permitted.
Balcony
Please do not hang towels, clothing or rugs over the balcony railing.
Barbecues are not permitted on balconies, terraces or in any communal areas.
Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is reserved exclusively for owners and registered guests.
Opening hours:
10:00 AM – 8:30 PM
Please observe the following rules:
- No glass containers in the pool area.
- Return sun loungers after use.
- Diving and jumping are not permitted.
- Children must always be supervised by an adult.
- Do not use soap or shampoo in the outdoor showers.
- Please ensure that the pool gate remains closed.
Waste Disposal
Please dispose of rubbish regularly using the designated waste containers.
Do not leave rubbish in hallways or communal areas.
Care of the Apartment
Please treat the apartment and its furnishings with care.
Do not move furniture or remove items from the apartment.
If anything is damaged or stops working, please contact HolidayDany as soon as possible.

Please use water and electricity responsibly.
Switch off unnecessary lights and electrical appliances when leaving the apartment.
